Understanding a client's needs and goals is the foundation of Next Phase Fitness. Building a tailored workout plan is essential to track progression and grow confidence in ones ability. Working together, we can find a schedule and plan that fits each individual’s lifestyle and time restraints. Plans are done by a 7 day week schedule (ex. 3-day split Mon, Tues, Wed) and can be prepared for the month.

Nutrition Plans are separate from the included nutrition coaching. They include calorie breakdown and explanation for individual’s Base Metabolic Rate (BMR). BMR is the minimum amount of energy required by the body to maintain essential life functions at rest. This information will be applied to a daily calorie / macro-calorie goal.

Nutrition coaching includes general lifestyle guidance. This includes an explanation of basic nutrition science specific to the individual’s goals (ex. Losing weight / Gaining muscle).
